02 Account Registration & Security

You may make purchases as a guest or register an account using your email address or authorized third-party authentication services (such as Google Sign-In).

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, password, and access privileges.

You agree to accept full responsibility for all activities and orders placed under your account. EmyAly reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or cancel accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, breach of security, or platform misuse.

03 Product Information, Colors & Sizing

• Color Representation: We make every effort to display the colors, designs, and textures of our apparel (including Batik collections, Ready-to-Wear (RTW), Baju Kurung, and accessories) as accurately as possible. However, actual colors may vary slightly due to professional photography lighting, studio setups, and individual screen monitor calibrations.
• Sizing Guide: Size measurements are provided as a general reference. A measurement tolerance of approximately 0.5 to 1.0 inches is allowable due to manual mass tailoring and cutting processes.
• Product Availability: All orders are subject to stock availability. In the event an item becomes unavailable due to concurrent checkout sessions, our customer service team will contact you to offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund.

04 Pricing & Payment Methods

• All prices displayed on our website are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Product prices do not include delivery/shipping fees, unless a free shipping promotion is explicitly applied during checkout.
• Full payment must be settled before any order is processed and dispatched. Payments may be made via our supported online payment gateways (including FPX online banking, credit/debit cards, e-wallets, or approved Buy Now Pay Later methods).
• We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time without prior notice.

05 Shipping & Order Fulfillment

• Standard ready-stock orders will be processed and handed over to our appointed courier services within 1 to 3 working days after payment confirmation (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• For Pre-Order collections, estimated dispatch timelines will be stated clearly on the respective product page.
• A tracking number will be provided via email once your consignment has been handed over to the courier service.
• EmyAly shall not be held liable for courier transit delays, custom clearances, natural disasters, or delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete recipient addresses provided by the customer.

06 Return, Exchange & Refund Policy

Exchanges are strictly limited to instances where an incorrect item (wrong size, design, or color) was fulfilled by our team, or if the delivered garment possesses a verified manufacturing defect.

Customers must notify our customer support team within 3 to 5 business days of receiving the parcel, accompanied by clear photo/video evidence of the defect or discrepancy.

Returned items must meet the following criteria:

• Unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and with all original tags attached.
• Kept in their original brand packaging.
• Sale items, promotional clearance pieces, and accessories (such as innerwear, hijabs, and brooches) are non-returnable and non-exchangeable due to hygiene regulations, unless due to fulfillment error.

07 Intellectual Property & Copyright

All content hosted on https://www.emyaly.com, including logos, brand marks, graphic designs, typography, lookbook photography, product media, text, and website layouts, is the exclusive intellectual property of EmyAly. Unauthorized copying, commercial reproduction, or redistribution of any asset without prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

08 Limitation of Liability

EmyAly shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, this website, including but not limited to server downtime, transactional interruptions, or logistical delays beyond our direct control.

09 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, and any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Malaysian courts.
